-Mold 10 * 24 cm
-370 gr of flour
-125 gr. of rice flour
-25 Gr. fresh yeast *
-5 gr. salt
-150 Gr. of water
-200 gr. of milk
-150 Gr. chopped walnuts
-Sesame seeds (garnish)
Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water. We reserve.
Mix flour with salt and we will incorporate the dissolved yeast, the rest of the water and milk.
We knead until dough is smooth and elastic. Add the walnuts, we finished kneading.
Place in the water along with yeast and schedule 1 min / 37th / vel 2.
Add milk, flour and nuts and knead 4 min / vel. Spike.
For both processes, form a ball with the dough and place in a bowl greased with oil, cover with a damp cloth and leave to rise for 1 hour or until doubled its volume.
We knead, to eliminate air, formed 3 balls (of similar size) and are placed in the mould a side by side lengthwise.
Cover with a cloth and let rise 1 hour more.
We sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 200 degrees preheated oven for 30 minutes.
We unmold and let cool on a wire rack.
