How to make a vegetarian burger recipe

The veggie burgers often use soy or other beans instead of ground beef. Sold in many restaurants and are also available in the freezer section of many supermarkets. Two popular brands are Boca and Morning Star.

Saute the onions until soft, about three to five minutes.

Pisa beans in a bowl until they are fluid. Add the onions sauteed and other ingredients , except oil and flour.

Add flour and mix with a spoon to combine well. The mixture should be thick.

Form bean mixture into patties-half inch (1.25 cm) thick and fry using a small amount of oil. They can also be roasted on the grill. Cook until firm.
