Ingredients for 1 person: Following a 1500 calorie daily diet

-Spinach (already packaged in bag, washed and ready for use)
-1 head of lettuce
-45 g of pasta (1/2 cup of coffee with milk of pasta to boil)
-½ chicken breast
-1 tomato
-Fresh cheese beaten landowner, 0% fat (2 tablespoons well filled per person)
-Salt
-Pepper
-Sherry vinegar
-Oregano

Elaboration

Cook the pasta chosen according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
