We will dare with a specialty that I had the opportunity to try some time ago and that didn’t believe that you could be like me.
In general, raw fish not my passion. Moreover, I tend to avoid it because its texture is not me very nice.
But in this recipe, tuna is complemented well with the different flavors and textures of the ingredients for this salad.
In fact, I even like
-250GRS. bluefin tuna
-1lime or lemon
-2tablespoons soya sauce
-2cups of rice
-4Cup and a half of water
-Vinegar from jerez or modena
With a sharp knife, finely chop the tuna.
Put it in a bowl and add the lime juice and soy sauce. Book a half an hour.
Put rice in a bowl suitable for microwaves with water and stir. Add a teaspoon of salt. Put it in the microwave for 8-10 minutes at maximum power (800W). Cool it with cold water and wring it out. Reserve.
Short avocados and tomatoes into small cubes.
In a source or large plate, arrange the rice by adding a little oil. Add a splash of vinegar.
Place on top of rice Tuna Tartare and incorporates over the chunks of avocado and tomato.
Finally, chop the cilantro (if you find it very strong uses fresh parsley) and espolvoreas above.
PS: Can be another version of this salad for those not who like raw fish with smoked salmon (also put photos).
