A salad dressing that you know very well , that is healthy and easy to make is definitely possible. The trick is to replace the usual oil in salad dressings with something healthy and full of flavor without the fat. The best part is that you’ll never know the difference and experience a great taste without the high fat content found in salad dressings at the supermarket.
You will need
1 can of condensed beef broth without fat (10.5 ounces or 0.31 l) 2 tablespoons vinegar 2 tablespoons chili sauce 1/3 small onion.
Grate a third of an onion small, need about 1 tablespoon onion finely grated.
Combine onion grated, the beef broth , vinegar and chili sauce in a glass jar. Screw the lid and shake well until all ingredients are well blended.
Serve immediately or cool to room temperature.
