Clean the artichokes.Put a bowl with water and lemon to go tucking the artichokes as we are cleaning up and not put black.
Remove the ugly leaves and cut the ends.
Splitting in two and put it to cook with water and a little salt.

When browned add 2 tablespoons vinegar off the heat and the cold a little oil.
