Cheese Fondue

Cheesy Bacon Croissant

Cheesy Bacon croissant tastes especially good warm from the oven as a snack with a glass of beer. Puff up side by side and let thaw at room temperature about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200 °. Cut bacon into small strips and fry in a nonstick pan. Half an onion cut into small cubes, mix with the bacon and season with pepper. Salt is not necessary as the bacon is already spicy enough.

A little bacon aside for decoration. A little feta cheese to sprinkle on the Cheesy Bacon Croissant put aside and mix the remaining Gouda with Bacon. Cut the pastry into 4 squares first and then into 8 triangles. Almost 1 tablespoon filling put in the center of each pastry triangle and roll up from long side to the squirrels.
