Cheesy Bacon croissant tastes especially good warm from the oven as a snack with a glass of beer. Puff up side by side and let thaw at room temperature about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200 °. Cut bacon into small strips and fry in a nonstick pan. Half an onion cut into small cubes, mix with the bacon and season with pepper. Salt is not necessary as the bacon is already spicy enough.
