Steak stroganoff

Stroganoff steak is served in a creamy mushroom sauce. These taste very good rice or fries. If possible, brush and small firm mushrooms into quarters. Peel onion and cut into fine dice. Slice the gherkins. Heat the butter in a nonstick pan, but not brown. Saute mushrooms and onions in it. Pour in cream and top with meat broth. Simmer the sauce for several minutes.


Cornstarch with a little cold water until smooth and bind the sauce with it. Add gherkins and season with salt and pepper. Pork with pepper and salt. Enough flour on a plate and pour the chips to call. Tap excess flour again. A medium organic egg in a bowl whisk open and apply the pulp in it. Pour bread crumbs on a third plate and turn the steak in it. The breading press lightly.

Heat the butter in a nonstick pan and fry the cutlets until golden brown on both sides, as seen in the picture above. Steak with mushroom stroganoff on plates and sprinkle the steak with fried onions. Stroganoff steak garnish with parsley and serve at will smooth rice or fries with that.
