Canary sponge cake recipe

Introduction :
Canary Riquisimo typical sponge cake!

Ingredients :
The measure used is the yogurt.

-6 medium eggs
-2 natural yoghurt
-2 measures cornmeal (I do it with a whole wheat)
-2 measures gofio flour
-1 as olive oil
-1 sunflower oil as
-two brown sugar measures
-1 1 / 2 packet of yeast royal
-one teaspoon baking soda
-1 grated apple
-measured mean ground almonds
-1 as walnuts
1 seedless raisins measure
-ground cinnamon, ground cloves, nutmeg, a pinch of salt

Instructions :
Separate the whites from the yolks.
yolks mixed with sugar and make a paste to which we add the flour (all previously mixed with yeast and baking). It beat well, and add the yogurt, grated apple, the almendres, nuts and raisins.
now we take ground cinnamon, half a teaspoon of cloves, another half of nutmeg and a pinch of salt.

Finally are mounted whites until stiff and beat the whole mixture well.

grease a baking sheet, sprinkle it with a little flour and a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 min. (Prick with a knife and when it goes dry, ready! )
