A wonderful salad which arises from half of a roasted chicken leftovers the day before.
-1chicken breast (or in this case, part of the roast chicken we ate not)
-2 or 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (if better homemade)
-1Apple (a slice), the rest what I used to make Apple crisps
-A little flour (if you are going to do the crispy Apple)
-2slices of bacon (remove you all the fat, clear if we want…)
-A pinch of curry to sprinkle on top.
If we use a breast of chicken, boil it about 10 minutes, if we roast chicken we save this step.
Chop the chicken, a slice of Apple and boiled egg. Mix with two or three tablespoons of mayonnaise.
It’s that simple, now come the magical touches…, to serve I’ve used a metal square mold (which is worth 1 euro in Chinese very baratito), I chopped the bacon and I have gone through the skillet with a few drops of oil and I’ve taken over to the salad.
I’ve sprinkled with a bit of curry, which gives a fantastic touch.
I forgot, the crisp Apple is very simple. Cut into very thin slices, went through flour and FRY. Let stand a little on absorbent paper and take a pellizquito of salt.
