This rice has become another of our favorites, is delicious! It is very easy, with few ingredients and is made at a time. The original recipe makes whole peppers chips but in my house that is impossible, so I trituro them.
-100 ml of oil.
-2 cloves of garlic.
-500 g of chicken breast cut into pieces.
-350 g of green and red peppers cut into pieces.
-850 ml of water or bird stock.
-1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika.
-1/2 teaspoon of dye.
-350 g of rice.
-100 gr of peas.
We put in the jar the oil and the garlic and sliced five seconds at speed 6.
Schedule 3 minutes, varoma, speed 3 t. Add the chicken and sauteed 5 minutes, varoma, turn temperature to the left, speed spoon (do not cortéis very small chicken because you can undo).
Add the peppers and set 6 minutes, varoma, turn temperature to the left, speed spoon. When finished, here is where I got the chicken and trituro that are not the pieces of peppers.
Add the water, the tablet of chicken broth, paprika, coloring and salt. Schedule 9 minutes, varoma, turn temperature to the left, speed spoon.
Add rice by the bocal and program 14 minutes, serving temperature 100 °, turning it to the left, speed 1 and when missing 5 minutes to end time, add the peas by the bocal.
We pour in a bowl and let rest 3 minutes. We serve.
