Recipe of bread

The dough of bread:

-330ml. of warm water
-550Gr. of flour strength
-2tablespoons honey
-1tablespoon salt
-1envelope of Baker’s yeast
-2tablespoons of olive oil

For the filling:
-14green asparagus tips
-7thin Bacon slices
-14strips of cured cheese that does not cover much

For the dough:
Put in the glass envelope of yeast, honey and water and set 2 minute, 37 °, V.2. Add oil and schedule another minute at the same speed and temperature. Let stand 15 minutes, in the glass you will see that the yeast has foamed. Add half of the flour (250 gr.) and mix in V.4 seconds.

Add other 200 gr. of flour and salt and set 5 minutes V. Spike, go looking as the mass goes and if it is too soft to add more flour gradually over time. When you finish kneading the th., remove the mass of the beaker with floured hands and hand knead a while adding more flour if needed, on the table, not on the mass. knead and alternately hit the dough until it is smooth and elastic. Put in a bowl, cover with film and leave that you slight an hour or until doubled in volume.

Ambient temperature affects the levado in terms of the time that it takes but the mass cam still in the fridge, the only thing that will take more time. The more it will warm the environment, less take. When it has been rising, remove the film and put the fist in the dough a few times, remove from the bowl, knead 1 minute and form the bread.

Be putting flowers in a springform of 23 cm. baking paper lined or buttered, cover and let you carry a second time (this second time less, took half an hour). Preheat the oven to 180 ° (in my case, up and down, air) and Bake until browned (half an hour). Cool on rack.
