Introduction:
Long ago that I don’t update, today I bring you a recipe of accompaniment or very rich and typical aperitif of Cadiz land! As the of my mother-in-law none lol, but hey my humble contribution.
Here I leave you it is very simple and they are delicious.

Cai potato alinas

Ingredients:
-4medium-sized potatoes
-1/ 2 onion
-Tuna (optional)
-Olive oil
-Vinegar
-Salt
-Parsley

Instructions:
Cook for 4 potatoes with skin until you click them they are tender (30 minutes). Let tuning, Peel and set off into pieces.
Cut the onion into small pieces and mix with the potato.
We last season to taste and sprinkle fresh parsley.
Optionally you can put a bit of tuna above and are of scandal!
