Potato gratin

Baked potato is not only a delicious and inexpensive party recipe that is quick and easy to prepare in large quantities, but also fits as a side dish with fried meat or chicken very well. You can also just baked potato served in a fresh salad. Preheat the oven to 225 °. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the fries in a position adjacent to the sheet, so that they cook evenly through. The baking time and temperature depends on the variety of potato chips and you should best prepare according to package instructions. Larger quantities can also fry in deep fat fryer at 180 degrees.
