-Piquillo peppers (Calculator a Tin for 34 people. The rest of the ingredients are designed for that amount of peppers)
-1Tin of tuna in oil
-50grams of cooked corn
-2 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
-1tablespoon of ketchup
-Salt and pepper
Cook the egg. Chop tuna, sticks and the boiled egg; I’ve done it in the Thermomix, 5 seconds at speed 4.
Then add corn, salt, pepper, mayonnaise and ketchup, and mix well (in the Thermomix, 10 seconds, speed spoon, turn to the left).
Fill the peppers and put them to the fridge until shortly before serving (should be not removed them just to eat, but a tad before).
If we are to diet or want to be more “light”, we can employ natural calories and tuna mayonnaise, and reduce the amount of corn (although the latter does not recommend it, because it gives you a very special flavor to the recipe).
