-1kg of onions.
-250g of bacon into small cubes.
-1sheet of puff pastry (I use it frozen)
-1litre of olive oil.
Cut the onion into small cubes and is fried all together, when pocha (transparent) is added the bacon and is fried together until the onion is golden brown.Drain and let cool.
Extends the puff pastry and is forms in a mould, pinchandolo in the Center.Beat 3 eggs with salt and blend with the already drained onions.Pour the mixture over the pastry and gets into the warmed oven to 200 degrees.Removed when the Golden puff pastry.It is served cold.
