Murcian stew.

-150 Gr. of white beans
-¼ of chickpeas
-Spinach ¹⁄₂
-150 Gr. tomatoes
-1 Onion
-1 egg
-10 DL of olive oil

Place to soak the chickpeas and beans for at least 12 hours before preparing the dish.

In a pot put to cook the beans in hot water, and cook the beans in cold water in another pot.

After half an hour put the beans in the pot than the garbazos and add the spinach, washed and cut.

Fry the onion and tomatoes, chopped two things in a pan with oil. Add this saute pan.

Cook an egg 12 minutes, cool it and book it.

Mash the yolk of the egg with a little bread fried, soaked in oil and vinegar and salt to taste. Crush this mixture into the broth of the soup.

Break egg into small pieces and add to the soup before serving.
