Prepare a marinade by mixing oil, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic, peeled and crushed, and vinegar in a bowl.
Remove the skin and bone of the angler fish, wash it and cut it into cubes.
Place the fish in a bowl, cover with marinade, mix well and leave to marinate for 2 hours minimum.
Form skewers, stringing together 4 or 5 pieces of fish on each skewer.
Grill the skewers on with marinade halfway through the process.
Serve piping hot, served with salad.
