-5 gelatin sheets
-250 ml. liquid cream
-125 ml of milk.
-75 Gr. of sugar

I always prepare them one day to another, but if it is weekend I do first thing in the morning and we already have dessert for lunch.

Ingredients (for 350 gr.)
-200 gr of sugar
-3 tablespoons of jam
-3 tablespoons water
-2 tablespoons of lemon juice

We put in the thermomix Bowl all ingredients and programmed 4 minutes, 100 °, speed 6.
Once done, let it temper a little and it can use at the same time in hot, cold or reserve it in a jar in the refrigerator. If we want it using hot again, we will only have to heat it for a few seconds in the microwave.
