A colorful and spring salad.

Traffic light salad recipe

-An avocado
-2medium-sized potatoes
-A tomato
-A piece of onion
-Lamb’s lettuce
-Virgin olive oil
-Sherry vinegar

1 _ First put the potatoes to cook in salted water.

2 – While we can go cut the onion into strips.

3 – Cut the tomato into slices not too thick or thin.

4 – Once cooked potatoes, we left that they cool and Peel. And chop in slices or pieces to dress them.

5 – In a bowl mix the potatoes with the onions and season them with oil, vinegar and salt to our liking and we put a little chopped parsley.

6 – We cut the avocado at the last moment, and went to mount… put a ring of plate in the center of the dish that we will present at the table.

If you have no ring, you can take a half-liter water bottle and cut with a serrated knife, it will do the same function…

7 – First we put a slice of tomato, take a little salt and cover with a little potato aliƱas and finally slices of avocado, that put a little salt. And we repeat the order of the layers, ending with potatoes up.

8 – Put lettuce around, we aliƱaremos above with another pinch of salt, oil and vinegar… and ready!
