Lemon and chocolate cake…

The dessert of this weekend is “yellow”, as my kitchen, my blog and my state of mind. M A R I L L or!, because yellow is the Sun, which conveys so much positive energy and fills us with joy! (although here this week has shone by their absence), because yellow is cheerful and uplifting and because a house full of light is a warm home! and if to this we add that we chocolatiers and we love the lemon also, we have the perfect cocktail.

Tart, has this contrast between the acid of lemon and sweet chocolate, which has enchanted us, so without more, I tell you how to prepare to surprise yours!

-115 Gr. flour
-25 gr of cocoa powder.
-75 Gr. butter
-25 gr of ground almonds.
-50 Gr. sugar moreno1 beaten egg
-chocolate to decorate etc.

-4 eggs
-1 egg yolk
-200 gr. Brown sugar

-150 ml. cream to mount
-zest and juice of 2 lemons

We sift the flour and cocoa and put it in our food processor jar.
Add the chopped butter, almonds, sugar and egg and knead it until all the ingredients are well integrated.
We just work the dough with your hands, form a ball and crush it.
We put it in the middle of a 21 or 22 cm diameter corrugated detachable mould and we are pushing with hands until fully extended and cover the base. We continue to push with your fingers to cover the edge of the mould. Do not cut the excess dough.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes.
We preheat the oven to 200ºc. Remove dough and cut what stands out from the edges. Well click the base with a fork, cover with albal and sprinkled dried beans. We bake 12-15 minutes or until no longer look that is raw. Remove the beans and the paper and Bake 10 minutes more or until it attains a consistency. Let cool and lower the oven temperature to 150 °.
While cooling, prepare filling well mixing the eggs and yolk with the sugar until a smooth cream is obtained.
Add the cream and beat again.
Add the zest and lemon juice. Pour this mixture over the already cold base and bake for 50 minutes or until set.
When it is made, we take her off of the mould and leave to cool.
We decorate to taste.
