Italian Tuna Salad

Italian tuna salad is made with white beans and celery, add to the tuna salad the typical taste. Pour the can of white beans in a colander and rinse with cold running water for so long, until the water no longer foams. White beans drain well and place in a salad bowl.


Clean celery, cut into slices slightly thicker, as seen in the picture above, and mix with the beans. Peel, a mild white onion, cut into small cubes and add to the beans. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and mix into the salad. Drain the tuna well, picking apart into small pieces and fold into the salad. For the marinade, mix olive oil with freshly squeezed lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Pour the marinade over the tuna salad and Italian pour carefully fold. The smooth leaves cut into strips and sprinkle with parsley just before serving over Italian tuna salad.
