FRIED ICE CREAM TO AS CARMELA

Ingredients (serves 4):

-250 grams of cream of three tastes or which prefer

First and second batter

-3 cupcakes Gourmand, if they are of people best of sugar on top
-Beaten egg the amount required
-1 teaspoon of vanilla essence dessert
-3 tablespoons of grated coconut

Final batter

-1 egg
-3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
-1 teaspoon of baking powder (type Royal)
-Water, about 2 tablespoons more or less

For frying

-Very soft olive or sunflower oil

To accompany

-Honey or syrup to taste
-Whipped cream

CARMELA COUNCIL

Frying is better to use a saucepan small so that the oil level covers the ball, if we do in pan will melt us prior to Brown on all sides.

(3) For the last batter, we put beaten egg, flour and yeast in a bowl, mix not beat, which is espesito, and as we are seeing the thick mixture you will be adding teaspoons of water, must be something thick to protect the ice cream.

Remove the balls from the freezer at a temperature to not lose, pass them by mixing batter, drain a little and FRY in hot oil 1 minute, just enough that Brown, never more time if we do not find an ice cream soup.

A little drain and serve with honey or syrup and a little whipped if we feel like. To enjoy!

Notes:

Gave me a tremendous respect for this dessert that had not I never dared to do, I was afraid that I it damaged to the FRY, thank God has been good and there is nothing difficult, rest time, is long, however, as you can only see it the balls go through your coverage and cool, this is the trickice cream is very very hard to hold a little contact with the oil.
