Making salad of cabbage . This simple recipe for a traditional, creamy salad of cabbage (also known as salad of cabbage), is one of the favorite snacks for summer parties. Goes well with ham, barbecue chicken or any other food fair. The rich dressing is not too sweet for adults, not too spicy for the kids. Set aside 30 minutes to prepare this dish , and two hours to cool. This recipe makes eight servings.

1 head of green cabbage 2 carrots 2 green onions 1 cup mayonnaise.
Shred the cabbage and carrots in a large bowl.
Chop the green onions and add them to the cabbage and carrot mixture.
Mix the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper in another bowl to make the dressing creamy.
Pour dressing into the mix of cabbage, carrot and onion, and mix well to coat the vegetables.
Place the salad cabbage in a small bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving .
