The fillet of steak is a boneless rib cut and is one of the cuts of meat more tender. There are many ways of cooking, including roasting in the oven. Doing so is better and faster than doing it on the grill and requires less care than cooking in a pan. This recipe includes an Italian marinade, although there are many different combinations of spices that you can use to change the taste of your flesh.
Cut the garlic, oregano, basil, parsley and rosemary into small pieces. Place in a mortar, add the salt and trituralos a thick paste using pestle.
Pour the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and white pepper paste with garlic and herbs. Blend until completely incorporated. Separate half of the mixture into a bowl and push it away.
Place three sirloin steaks on a broiler pan. Spreads the remaining mixture of grass on one side of the fillets. Let steaks marinate for an hour.
Set the oven to broil and turn it on. Let it preheat. Fillets positioned so that its surface is 2 to 3 inches (5 to 7.6 cm) from heat. Let cook for four to five minutes.
Turning the fillets using tweezers to retain juices within the meat. Pour remaining marinade over the steaks. Leave the steaks cook four to five minutes.
Remove the fillets from the oven, place them on plates and serve.
