 Ham rolls

Ingredients :
-2 bunches of fresh asparagus (about 600 gr.)
-6 slices of ham ( 250 g. approx.)
-1 tablespoon of oil.

Instructions :
We must prepare the asparagus. Its stem is very fibrous so you have to cook only the part that is tender to eat and discard the rest. To this end, the stud part of the area closest to the lower stem area (roughly half of the asparagus that we sell). To give you an idea I show the asparagus and games.
Wash them and put them to steam about 7 minutes from when the water starts to boil. If you do not have possibility to steam, can also be cooked in water, but much flavor and properties lost in the cooking water.
then drain.
Grab a slice of ham and wrap it 6 or 7 studs.
Click a toothpick so it does not undo the roll.
Heat a pan with a tablespoon of oil. With moderate heat, cook the rolls for two minutes flipping (help yourself chopsticks) when you see the ham and asparagus are browned.
Utiliceis no salt in this recipe because the prosciutto provides all that is needed.
Enjoy it!
