Recipe for Gazpacho andaluz

Introduction:
I put this recipe in the recipe because I have seen that not this implementation with the thermomix and occasionally they ask in the Forum.
Ingredients:
* 1long kg of ripe tomatoes.
* 1cucumber (not everyone likes. Is not essential)
* 1clove of garlic
* 1pepper
* Salt
* vinegar
* 1/ 2 Cup of olive oil
* 1tray of ice (or water)

Instructions:
1. Wash the tomatoes, quiterles “tronquito” and cut in halves or if they are very large in the quarter. NOT BE PEELED!
2 Clean the peppers and cut lengthwise.
3. Cut the ends and Peel cucumber, cut into 3-4 pieces.
4 Take all the vegetables with garlic in the jar. Put vinegar and salt to taste. 5-6 minutes (depending on the tomatoes) vel. 5-7-9 th-21 and vel. 10 th-31. When 2 minutes left is cast the oil. Ice your can spoil the last 30 sec. to chop a little or throw him in the jar where it will serve. Comes out too thick and if you like to add a little water.
