Farl bread

When we think of an English bread comes to mind the classic bread but thanks to Recipes blog I discovered that this beautiful loaf also is an English bread. The bark is thin, the crumb dense and has a characteristic cuts in the bark.

-15 grams of salt
-10 grams of dry yeast or fresh yeast 30
-60 g of soft butter
-300 ml water

We put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix first to then knead until a smooth and elastic dough, make a ball and place it in a bowl greased with oil, cover with a clean cloth and let carry an hour.

When has doubled its volume we put it into a table with flour and get the air… give you round and flattened shape… we put them on paper baking in the oven tray and leave an hour more for that light again.
We now drizzle it with flour and give a few cuts with a sharp knife.

We put in a hot oven at 220 ° for 30 minutes.

Is a perfect bread for garlic toast and oil or typical PAM cataclysmal, the last year I did one and I go tin a bag,then three days I was ready to make these French toast.
