Cream of vegetables tmx

At home I do vegetables purees frequently, my daughter and me we love. Not all are equally rich, so I put this drink last night and that I was surprised by its taste: rich:


-50 g of oil
-1 onion
-1 large leek
-1 Zucchini, peeled half

Cream of vegetables tmx

-1 peeled garlic clove
-300 g water
-2 potatoes
-1.5 teaspoons salt dessert
-1-3 beakers of milk (to taste)

Preparation In TMX:

Pour into the glass all vegetables less potatoes: shred 10 seconds at speed 4.
Cook 7 minutes at temperature 100 °, speed 2.
Add the water and chopped potatoes: crush 40 sec at speed 5.
Set 20 minutes, temperature 100 °, speed 1.
Expect to lower the temperature (5-10 minutes) and blend at speed 7, 40 seconds.
Add 1 to 3 cups of milk (to taste) and mix at speed 6 for 15 seconds.
