Coconut waffles

Ingredients for 12 units:
-24 waffle ice cream of court
-100 gr. of grated coconut
-100 gr of icing sugar.
-100 gr. of butter
-1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
-1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice.

Elaboration:
Melt the butter in the fire without too hot. Allow to cool in a bowl. Once it is curdled, remove the water that will be deposited in the bottom of the container. The butter has a 82% fat, the rest is serum, this process is it remove the water so it does not wet the wafers.
In the bowl of a mixer, we put the sugar, coconut and vanilla sugar. We powder. Then mix this powder with the butter and lemon juice. Now we untaremos wafers with this cream forming 6 4 wafer sandwiches each. Cut with a knife of two halves saw thus obtaining 12 cookies.
If the cream is too hard to spread, put it a few seconds in the microwave, pear, taking care to not melt us butter as would separate from the mixture.
