Chinese salad
I love the salad in Chinese restaurants and not stopped until the recipe to make me at home when I wanted. Here’s the result…
WHITE sauce for Chinese salad
Ingredients:
-2 measures of sunflower oil (I use a cup of coffee)
-1 part vinegar (of rice is very well, but with a good white wine vinegar also is perfect)
-1 Jet lemon juice (depends on the amount of sauce that you do to these measures with a couple of teaspoons of coffee is sufficient)
-1 tablespoon of sugar (fructose or saccharin can be used to make it less caloric)
-1 teaspoon salt
Elaboration:
Put all the ingredients into the Blender, mix and ready to dress our salad.
Salad CHINA
Ingredients:
-Iceberg lettuce
-Grated carrot
-Strips of cooked ham
-Algae agar-agar (you can get at any store selling Eastern products or dietary)
- White sauce for salad
Elaboration:
We inamoratas the agar-agar for a half an hour for a fibrous texture, or more time to make the texture more gelatinous and drain. The agar-agar is the same as the gelatine in sheets, so that we can use in desserts in the same way, the difference is that this is a natural product of the sea.
We sliced lettuce and mix with the other ingredients, almost with the sauce and ready.
