-1½ Chicken chunks (best camper)
-250 g of onions
-200 g of carrots
-100 g of EVOO *
-1 head of garlic, split in half
-4 bay leaves
-1 tablespoon black peppercorns
-200 g of wine vinegar
-200 g white wine
-200 g water
-2½ broth (“concrete”) or salt pills
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and pass it through flour. We reserve.
Place in the carrots and onions: 5 sec. Vel. 5 We reserve.
We put the EVOO: 5 min. Onion, vel. 1.
Put the garlic, the bay leaf and peppercorns. Programmed 7 minutes, TVGIVC *.
Add reserved onions and carrot and Schedule 10 min. TVGIVC *.
Add the chicken and sauteed it with 4 minutes, 100th GIVC.
Add liquids and the concrete (broth tablets) and programmed 20 min. (eye, time depends on the quality of the meat) TPGIVC. Place the basket over, so it does not splash.
Seasoning to taste. Let stand in the refrigerator for a minimum of one day. Then served hot or cold.
