Chicken in sauce

Ingredients:
-1 kg. approximate chopped chicken, alones or thighs.
-30 Gr. oil.
-½ green pepper.
-½ red pepper.
-a small onion.
-3 carrots.
-2 garlic.
-20 Gr. white wine.
-120 Gr. crushed tomato;
-a can of mushrooms (drained) or fresh mushrooms.
-a stock cube.
-½ teaspoon of salt.
-¹⁄₂ teaspoon of dye and a little good saffron

Instructions:

Put oil, green pepper, red pepper, onion, carrot, garlic and tomato in the bowl. Each ingredient chopped into two pieces and set 11 minutes at varoma temperature speed 4 if want to pieces or to speed 8 seconds down to 3.

Put chicken, wine, salt, dried mushroom, dye, saffron, stock cube and program 18 minutes, temp. varoma and speed spoon, turn to the left.

Note: you can put in the varoma receptacle some thin cut potatoes and eggs in their shells to make hard or “poached” eggs.

Poached eggs: put in the pot a little transparent film and poured a raw egg in it, put you salt and pepper and do a packet and put it in the onion with potatoes, or you can put the potatoes into the varoma and eggs in the varoma tray.
