Chicken and Ham Lasagna with wonton dough

We must confess that we are a pasta lover and overall great Italian food , so now I have found a restaurant near work such’m happier still.Yesterday, while dining at the restaurant one of the nice ladies gave me some tips for preparing a lasagna different and very enjoyable. I took note of all the ingredients and I’m bringing all the data.


¤2tazas chopped cooked chicken.
¤200 grams of ham.
¤1 package Wonton dough.
¤1 ball of mozzarella cheese.
¤3 cups of milk.
¤1/3 all purpose flour.
¤1/3 cup butter.
¤Grated Parmesan cheese to taste.



It should start chopping the ham in squares, then grate or finely chop the mozzarella cheese and season with salt and pepper. Make white sauce by melting butter in a saucepan, add flour and a pinch of salt, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon to avoid lumps and adding milk little by little, stirring constantly. Cook over medium heat until the sauce simmer for 3 or 4 minutes and thickens. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and set aside. Butter a baking dish and place a layer of white sauce over a Wonton dough layer, a layer of chicken, some shredded mozzarella and chopped ham. Cover with more white sauce and repeat until you finish the ingredients, ending with a layer of white sauce.Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake for 30 minutes over medium heat.
