Vegetables, cheese and ham
-3 sheets of pasta brick
-2 carrots
-1/2 courgette
-1 small Eggplant
-shredded mozzarella cheese
-mascarpone cheese
-salted into thin slices ham
Instructions:
Cut the leek into sliced and saute with a drizzle of olive oil.
Peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces, also the zucchini and eggplant.
When the leek is doradito add other vegetables, season and stir until they are done.
Let cool.
On a sheet of pasta brick put a slice of salty ham, above a spoonful of mascarpone, followed by a couple of handfuls of mozzarella and, finally, add the vegetables.
Closed it by bending the ends first and then the sides.
We repeat the action twice more.
We painted top with a little olive oil and introduce three cannelloni in the oven preheated to 180 ° C.
After 10 minutes we already remove from the oven and serve with a little salad.
