I leave you a recipe that I have done several times but had not done photo. Paddy put the recipe in the Forum and Canelona modified quantities.
If the cauliflower in the Thermomix is cueces to the give you, if you like more last, better get it apart. I put 90 gr. ham because it is what weighs mini taquitos from the Mercadona package, is the one that I like.
Cauliflower Neapolitan – Thermomix
-2 cloves of garlic
-100 gr. onion
-50 Gr. of oil
-800 Gr. of natural tomato paste
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 tsp. sugar
-2 teaspoons of oregano
-Freshly ground pepper
-90 gr. of ham into cubes
-Grated cheese Gratin.
Wash and cut the cauliflower into bouquets and place it in the bowl of onion.
Place in the onion and the garlic and sliced 4 sec. -Vel. 4.
Add the oil and programmed 5 minutes, Temp. Onion, Vel.1
Add the tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper (or 1 stock cube) replacing the salt and pepper.
We put the onion in the position container.
Program 30 minutes, temp. Onion, speed 1 turn to the left.
At the end, we got the onion Bowl and leave it uncovered, so go releasing cauliflower water from condensation.
Add to the vessel the chunks of ham and stir with a spatula.
We pour the tomato sauce in a source, put the clusters of cauliflower, sprinkle the grated cheese and Celsius or even leave it 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
(You can also put the clusters of cauliflower, cover with the tomato sauce and add the grated cheese).
