Spicy goulash soup
The sharp goulash soup is seasoned with fresh chili pepper and cayenne pepper. As a soup, I used a hearty green peppers and a mild red pepper. Cut pork stew and beef stew into smaller cubes, as shown in the picture above, so they will cook faster and make better food. Onion and garlic into fine cubes. Heat the butter in a soup pot and brown the stew in it vigorously until it begins to brown.
Add onions and garlic and fry briefly. The stew with pepper, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper spice powder and tomato paste stir. Sprinkle flour over the stew and fry lightly. Beef broth with egg
Beef broth with egg is a classic clear soup, which tastes very strong. Clean and slice greens for half of the beef broth into large cubes. The other half of the soup into very fine cubes. An unpeeled onion in half, place the cut sides into a soup pot and cook without adding fat in the soup pot. Once the cut edges begin to brown, add the coarsely chopped greens and soup meat and cover with water. Remove the lid and simmer the beef broth over medium heat about 90 minutes. Whisk the egg custard for a large organic egg with milk and sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg and a pinch of salt. A small bowl or cup auspinse ln with butter and pour in the egg. The dish tightly with aluminum foil so that no water can flow into the custard. The bowl in a suitable pot and fill the bowl halfway with water. Put a lid on the saucepan and heat the water only, but do not boil. The water should simmer gently. Leek soup with prawns
For the leek soup with scampi scampi which are fried in olive oil and pungent spices, so that the leek soup tastes very spicy. Leeks and cut into rings. Braised stew
Braised stew is cooked with tender turkey stew. Braised peel with a potato peeler and after a sharp chef’s knife the length in half. Remove the seeds with a teaspoon and cut the slices thicker into something, like to see in the picture above. An onion peel, halve lengthwise and cut into strips. Heat oil in a medium stainless steel saucepan one tablespoon of canola oil and stir-fry the onion strips in it on medium heat.
A slightly heaping teaspoonful of curry and sprinkle lightly fry while stirring with a wooden spoon. Add the braised cucumber and mix with the onions. Pour in vegetable stock and season with light soy sauce, honey, acacia or other thin liquid honey and lime juice. The braised stew on medium heat without a good cover simmer for 10 minutes. A stainless steel frying pan without added fat and heat the sesame seeds to light under stirring fry, to begin to smell it. The sesame seeds from the skillet and set aside. Cream of vegetable soup with prawns
Cream of vegetable soup with shrimp is a slightly spicy soup that tastes through the fresh greens very aromatic. The color of the cream of vegetable soup with crab may change depending on the percentage of used vegetable reddish, greenish or whitish. Zucchini Soup
Zucchini soup is an easy low-calorie soup that is well suited as Vorsuppe. It can be quickly and easily prepare. Rinse zucchini, wipe dry and cut the end pieces. Grate for decoration, as seen in the picture above, approximately 20 g zucchini with the coarse side of a square grater and set aside. Remaining zucchini into small cubes.
Floury potatoes, peel, rinse and cut into small cubes. A mild white onion peel and cut into cubes. Omit butter in a saucepan and anschmoren the vegetables lightly. Add vegetable broth on top, a lid and bring the broth to a boil. The temperature switch back to medium and the vegetables cook in about 10 minutes even. Party goulash soup
Party goulash soup can be prepared well in larger amounts. Heat the butter in a casserole. Pork stew and beef goulash may still cut a little smaller. Batch-pork stew in the hot ghee fry light brown all around. Remove from the casserole and place on a plate. Stir-fry beef stew also, take the pork from the pot and give. Peel and coarsely chop onion.

Hamburger crab soup

Pepper soup
Hot pepper soup from the Niger Delta in Nigeria is usually prepared with the original goat meat, but you can also use mutton, lamb or beef. Since I did not get dried and ground shrimp and crabs, I alternatively used to flavor dashi. Tamarind seeds were replaced with Worcester sauce. Tendons and white skins of sheep meat removed, cut the meat into cubes and place in a soup pot.
Peel onions and chop coarsely and add. In Nigeria, this soup is eaten very hot, so are the white seeds of the chili pepper used. Chili pepper cut into small rings and add to the meat. Not quite cover meat with water, put on a lid and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer about 30 minutes pepper soup until the meat is tender. Oven soup with lamb
Oven with lamb soup tastes very strong, if you auskocht the bones of the leg of lamb in the soup. Since lamb is usually offered only in larger pieces, you best prepared to order two dishes and used the remains of the lamb soup for the oven.
