For those who like rice with chicken or duck rice should not have to try another of its variants, the green rice with meat, I assure you will quickly be one of his favorite dishes.
¤4 pieces of beef.
¤750 gr. rice.

If the family is tired of rice and white and we do not know to accompany our meals, I give a suggestion: rice Arabic. This is a good option to change the menu simple and super rich. For people who like the combination of salty and sweet will love this.
This rice is very easy to prepare and we need the following ingredients (base 2 people):
¤2 cups uncooked rice
¤2 cups water
¤1 cup molasses (same cup water)
¤200 gr. vermicelli noodle
¤100 gr. raisins (brown, blonde or both)
¤100 gr. chopped pecans (optional)
¤1 teaspoon crushed garlic
¤salt and pepper to taste
For steak with cabbage and tomato rice I’ve cut the turnips with a potato cutter into thick sticks, as above to see in the picture. You can also cut the cabbage into slices or cubes. Cut the tomatoes into small dice an onion, rice and place it in a small saucepan. Add 1 tablespoon of corn oil and rice and cook.
The rice while stirring with a wooden spoon sauté until transparent, pour in vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, mix with the rice and season with Ajwar. Replace a lid switch back to low and soak the rice tomatoes in about 20 minutes. Remove just before end of cooking the lid, stir the rice and tomatoes evaporate the remaining liquid can be. For the meatballs with rice vegetables and other fresh vegetables can be used in the season. Each half a red and yellow bell peppers cut into small cubes. Leeks and cut into rings.
