It was very good
*300 GR rice
*550 g of water
*150 g of prawns
*500 g mussels
*300 clams (my addition)
*2 cloves of garlic
** A sprig of parsley
*2 pills of fish stock
** Juice of 1 lemon
** A few strands of Saffron
*100 g frozen peas
*150 GR of chopped green beans (I have not put)
*300 GR of monkfish, cut into small pieces (I didn’t rape and put conger)
*1 squid cut into rings
*1 latite of red pepper to decorate
For the broth:
*250 g of water
** The prawn heads
For the sauce:
*100 g of olive oil
*100 GR of chopped green peppers
*1 chopped red pepper
*3 cloves of garlic
*3 ripe tomatoes
Put the clams and mussels with water and salt so that loose sand.
1 Peel the prawns, take the shells and heads into the glass and book queues. Add the water and Schedule 4 minutes, varoma temperature speed 3 ½.
2. Wash the mussels and the clams under cold water tap, clean them and place them in the container onion on top of the glass with the broth. Remove the lid and Schedule 13 minutes, varoma temperature speed 2. Make sure that all the juice of the mussels from falling inside the vessel.
3 The time carefully remove the mussels not burnt and set aside them. Strain the stock through a fine sieve and set aside.
4 Very well wash the vase and cover. Put in the glass the garlic, parsley and broth tablets and crush 6 seconds, speed 6. Add the broth, lemon juice and saffron and schedule 30 seconds, speed 8. Book.
5 Put the sauce ingredients in the glass and trocee 4 speed 4 seconds and then 10 minutes, schedule temperature 100th speed 1. Off with the spatula that has been attached to the walls.
6 Put the Butterfly in the blades, add the peas, green beans, the angler fish and squid and Schedule 4 minutes, varoma temperature speed 1.
7 Unopened incorporated through the bocal rice and fry it programming 2 minutes, varoma temperature turn left speed spoon. Add all the liquid that we had booked and return to Schedule 12 minutes, varoma temperature, speed left turn spoon.
Schedule another 1´ to the same speed, temperature and turn to the left and adding peas and shrimp by the bocal.
8 – When to stop the mussels without shells and peas through the bocal and let stand for 1 minute in the glass. Place the paella in a dish and decorate with red peppers and clams.
