Introduction:
The recipe that I am presenting today, is very easy and with two possible versions:
1St – as if a different version of a rice to Cuba, with a little curd fingertip, so to break it will impregnate all the rice with her.

Paella marinera

Paella marinera

Introduction:
The book is for the TH21. I have adapted it for the TH31.
It was very good

Ingredients:
*300 GR rice
*550 g of water
*150 g of prawns
*500 g mussels
*300 clams (my addition)
*2 cloves of garlic
** A sprig of parsley
*2 pills of fish stock
** Juice of 1 lemon
** A few strands of Saffron
*100 g frozen peas
*150 GR of chopped green beans (I have not put)
*300 GR of monkfish, cut into small pieces (I didn’t rape and put conger)
*1 squid cut into rings
*1 latite of red pepper to decorate
** Salt
For the broth:
*250 g of water
** The prawn heads
For the sauce:
*100 g of olive oil
*100 GR of chopped green peppers
*1 chopped red pepper
*3 cloves of garlic
*1 ñora
*3 ripe tomatoes

Instructions:
Put the clams and mussels with water and salt so that loose sand.

1 Peel the prawns, take the shells and heads into the glass and book queues. Add the water and Schedule 4 minutes, varoma temperature speed 3 ½.

Introduction:
Almost necessary tool: WOK, or a high skillet

Ingredients:
-eggs and tortilla
-350 Gr. white rice (best cold I have in vacuum in refrigerator)
-200 Gr. ham cut into cubes
-200 Gr. shrimp peeled (I use frozen)
-100 Gr. peas
-200 GR bamboo tips (I use brand blue dragon, sold it in stores)
-150 Gr. laminated mushroom
-2 large carrots, peeled and cut into finite sticks
-1 leeks cut into sticks (strips elongated, if there is milindres in Juliana type onion)
-5 tablespoons sunflower oil
-2 tablespoons of oyster sauce (optional)
-2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
-1 tablespoon oil of Sesame (sesame oil, blue dragon, in stores)
-Salt, if not served oyster or soy sauce will have to salt a little more, I do not use salt. Continue reading

Hungarian fried rice with cabanossi

The Hungarian fried rice with spicy tastes cabanossi and should always be prepared with real sausages, spiced with paprika and chili, to get the flavor. Rice in a small saucepan, cover lightly with water, season with salt, place a lid and bring to a boil. Stir the rice, replace the lid and soak the rice at the lowest level in about 20 minutes. Meanwhile cabanossi cut into slices.

Red pointed peppers cut into strips, onions and garlic into fine dice. In a pan heat sunflower oil. Sausages, green peppers, onions, garlic and fry briefly. Stir in tomato paste and fry lightly. The can of tomato paste fill again with water and dilute the tomato sauce with it. Ajwar stir and season to taste with pepper, salt and paprika.

Curry rice with turkey

Curry rice with turkey is served in a creamy curry sauce with coconut milk and pineapple. Peel the onions and garlic cloves and cut into fine dice. In a small saucepan heat 1 tablespoon of soy oil and fry each half of the onions and garlic is light. Add rice and fry while stirring. Add 1 teaspoon curry, stir, and pour chicken broth. Curry rice to a boil stir briefly, let, put on a lid and soak the rice curry on the lowest level in about 20 minutes.

Turkey cutlet cut into bite-size cubes. Red bell pepper cut into small pieces. A chili pepper in half lengthwise, remove seeds and white membranes, the sharp and cut the chilli into fine strips. Heat a nonstick pan 1 tablespoon soybean oil and fry the turkey is lightly browned. Pepper, the remaining onion, add garlic and chili, fry briefly and sprinkle with coconut milk. For yellowing, as shown in the picture above, sprinkle the coconut milk with some turmeric. The finished cooked curry rice to the pan. Add pineapple into small pieces with a little pineapple juice. Chicken thighs with curry rice

Chicken thighs with curry rice served in a rich medium hot curry sauce. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Rinse chicken drumsticks and dry with kitchen paper. Corn oil with pepper, salt and curry spice strong. Brush the chicken thighs with the marinade, place on a baking sheet and on the middle rack for about 30 to 45 minutes depending on size of chicken legs, baked. Meanwhile, peel and a mild white onion cut into fine dice. In a small saucepan heat 1 tablespoon corn oil, add onions and rice and fry while stirring with a wooden spoon. 1 slightly heaped teaspoon curry stir fry and easy.

Pour curry rice with chicken broth, bring to a boil, stir, can hang up a cover and soak the rice curry in 20 minutes on low heat. A red bell pepper cut into small cubes. Lamb chops with rice salad

Lamb chops with rice salad for a barbecue can be prepared very well. Rinse lamb chops, so that small fragments of bone are removed, and dry with kitchen paper. For the spice marinade of olive oil with a clove of garlic squeezed through, pepper, salt and dried rosemary. Brush lamb chops so, in a bowl and remove cover and let. Rice in a small saucepan filled, cover lightly with water, season with salt, place a lid and cook the rice again.

Stir rice, can replace the lid and soak at a low level in about 20 minutes. A mild white onion cut into small cubes and place in a salad bowl. Half a yellow pepper, cut into small strips. Dice the tomatoes and peel the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Put the vegetables in the salad bowl and add the pitted black olives. Crumble feta cheese and mix with the salad. Rice on a plate and spread fill, so it cools faster. Season the salad dressing for Greek yoghurt with white wine vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic pressed by the second.
