Coca Recapte

Salad of potato, salmon and gulas
What we are going to need
-4 medium-sized potatoes of a fist size more or less
-A tray of gulas
-100 g smoked salmon
-spices to taste (oregano, pepper, Basil and garlic powder)
-Olive oil smooth, vinegar and salt
We are going to the mess…

My final gluten pizza
At this point safe all you have your favorite pizza dough recipe. For me the recipe of “mass” is rich, I better of how many I have tested so far, but yes is true, as I have commented in some mail, Schar Mix B flour is the most expensive, and why I “messed” to achieve a recipe just as rich in flavor, but somewhat cheaper, as I pedíais. The result is a mass of fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside.
I still use the flour of Schar (less than half for the recipe of “mass”), but think necessary to reach the outer texture that we like, with that crisp point, and to handle the mass minimally well. Read the rest of this entry »

Pizza Muffins
Pizza muffins warm from the oven taste particularly good. The dough can be prepared very well. Fill flour in a mixing bowl and season strong with pepper, salt, oregano and basil. Add a medium organic egg. Heat the milk lukewarm and dissolve yeast is fresh. Add butter and melt into the milk.
The milk with the flour and knead may still add a few drops of water until the dough from the bowl loosely triggers. Cover the bowl and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes until the dough has risen visibly. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a muffin tin and sprinkle lightly with flour. Meanwhile peel an onion and garlic and cut into fine dice. Fresh mushrooms clean and cut into small cubes. Heat olive oil in a skillet, saute onions cool, garlic and mushrooms and let it easily. A tomato into quarters, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Diced tomatoes and diced ham with the onions and mushrooms mixed.
