Cupcakes of Strawberry with coverage of mascarpone and cream minimagdalenas

Long ago I had seen these strawberries on Pinterest decoration and I loved! Adding to that had purchased the book aim: perfect cupcake recently and that Victor loves strawberries, I got this.

Cupcakes of Strawberry

For the cupcakes:
-120 g of butter without salt at room temperature.
-180 g of white sugar.
-2 eggs M.
-230 g of flour.

-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
-200 g of strawberries.

For the cream:
-500 g. mascarpone.
-400 g. of cream.
-125 g. of confectioners sugar.

For decoration:
-12 strawberries
-Chocolate or candy balls.

We precalentamos the oven to 180 ° (160 ° if it is with fan).
Prepare tray for cupcakes with 12 capsules of paper.
Chop strawberries into teeny pieces. We reserve.
We sift the flour with the baking powder in a bowl and set aside.
Beat the butter with the sugar until blended and mixture is clarified. Add the eggs, one by one, beating until incorporated.
Add half of the flour and beat at low speed until it is incorporated.
Then add milk, mixed with vanilla extract, and beat again.
Add half the flour and beat at low speed until the mixture is homogeneous. Add the strawberries using a spatula.
We deal the mixture into capsules, without fill them more than 2/3.
We bake 22 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
